These modern, new apartments were built in 2009 to the highest standards with luxury furnishings and attention to detail. Parking is on the ground floor and lifts take guests to the apartments, which are on the second and third floors. Guests arriving by car may use the hotel's parking facilities.

Nothing has been left undone, from flat-screen TVs to modern chef's kitchens featuring an oven and microwave and a luxurious master bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. All apartments have a full beach-facing view from the balcony where guests can watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. Further in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, washing machine and an iron and ironing board. Centrally regulated air conditioning and heating units also come as standard.

There is a private swimming pool on the property for use by guests.
